• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

2. 100% Damage & Quality Protection Guarantee

We maintain strict quality control standards. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

• Immediate Resolution: We provide a 100% damage and quality protection guarantee. If any item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it immediately at zero additional cost or issue a 100% refund, depending on your preference.
• To file a claim for damaged or defective goods, please contact our customer support team immediately.

3. Order Cancellations

• Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
• To request a cancellation, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible.

4. Refund Timelines & Process

• Processing Time: Once your returned product is received back at our facility and inspected, your 100% refund will be processed within 48 hours.
• Transit Dependencies: Please note that refund timelines may also depend on courier transit times for the physical return of the item.
• Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
